Please don’t rush on the wedding day, arrive at least 40 to 45 minutes early. Arriving early lets you explore the venue, find the perfect lighting and backgrounds, you can also test your camera settings in the actual lighting conditions and take some detail shots like the dress, rings, or decorations before the guests arrive. It’s also a chance to capture detail shots before guests arrive. And it also helps you stay calm, confident, and show professionalism.
2. Clear Communication
Good Communication Makes a sometimes a big Difference. Weddings can be busy and sometimes a bit hectic, and things don’t always go as planned and What matters most is that you stay calm and speak kindly with everyone around you.
With the couple: Check in now and then to see how they are doing and if they need anything.
With the family: Be patient and gentle while guiding them for group photos and single photos.
With the planner or coordinator: Stay in touch so you are aware of any changes in the timeline.

The wedding day doesn’t always follow the timeline exactly, so be ready to adjust with any circumstances. Look for good moments: If you see a beautiful spot with perfect lighting, suggest a quick photo session with the couple.
Capture Sudden moments: example of, If a child suddenly runs up and hugs the bride, capture that sweet moment. It’s real and emotional. Even if things don’t happen exactly as planned, stay
focused on the story and feelings of the day. The most beautiful pictures often come from spontaneous, unplanned moments.
4. Feel the Moment and Capture Emotions, not Just a Pose

While posed photos are important, don’t forget to look for real emotions. Joyful tears, nervous smiles, emotion-filled eyes and moments when people are genuinely enjoying the day are what make the photos special.
Pay attention to faces, hands, and body language.
Blend into the background to make people feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
The more relaxed your subjects feel, the more authentic and beautiful the photos will be.
5. Think Like a Storyteller and Frame the Moment

A great wedding shoot express the complete story of the day. Capture moments from beginning to end, from the quiet getting-ready moments to the high-energy reception and last dance.
